Private Lesson Cancellation Policy:
1) At least a 24-hour cancellation notice (in advance of reserved
lesson time) is required in order to receive a make-up lesson.
2) Lesson(s) cancelled by the teacher will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed upon
time between the teacher and student. All such lessons to be rescheduled through
the Academy Manager, Jessica Esch.
3) Lesson times are reserved on a semester basis and as such a semester commitment is
expected. Only under exceptional circumstances will monies be refunded for months not yet
completed within the respective semester. The student will not receive reimbursement for
any monies oustanding during the month in which he or she cancels. The determination of
exceptional circumstances is solely at the discretion of the administration.
4) No lesson credit(s) will be carried over to the next semester; all missed lessons shall be completed within the same semester.
