You can register in 2 ways:
 
1) In person, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, please call 905.201.6856 or email us at
   theeschmusicacademy@gmail.com to arrange for an appointment.
 
2) By mail, payment must be enclosed by cheque(s) with a completed and signed registration form and sent to:

History/Theory Classes
- full tuition accompanied by a completed registration form before the first class is required in order to secure placement in the class.
- In event of student cancellation, no refunds will be given.
 
Private Instrumental Lessons
*Fall Semester: September 6, 2011 - January 31, 2012
*Winter Semester: February 1, 2012 - June 30, 2012
*Summer Semester: July 9 - August 17, 2012
 
- 5 post-dated monthly cheques (dated 1st day of each month) for each semester (Sept. 6, 2011 - Jan. 31, 2012 for Fall Semester and Feb. 1, 2012 - June 30, 2012 for Winter Semester), accompanied by a completed and signed registration form is required in order to confirm and receive a lesson time.
- tuition will be pro-rated if joining after the semester started.
 
Private Lesson Cancellation Policy:
1) At least a 24-hour cancellation notice (in advance of reserved lesson time) is required in order to receive a make-up lesson.
2) Lesson(s) cancelled by the teacher will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed upon time between the teacher and student.  All such lessons to be rescheduled through the Academy Manager, Jessica Esch.
3) Lesson times are reserved on a semester basis and as such a semester commitment is expected.   Only under exceptional circumstances will monies be refunded for months not yet completed within the respective semester.   The student will not receive reimbursement for any monies outstanding during the month in which he or she cancels.  The determination of exceptional circumstances is solely at the discretion of the administration. 
4) No lesson credit(s) will be carried over to the next semester; all missed lessons shall be completed within the same semester.
 
"Musikgarten" and "Little Voices" Classes
- Full tuition accompanied by a completed registration form before the first class is required in order to secure placement in the class.
- In event of student cancellation, no refunds will be given.
