REGISTRATION FOR PIANO AND VOICE LESSSONS
During the Academic School Year (Sept-June) we require a weekly lesson commitment.
Semesters run as follows:
Fall semester: September 6, January 31, 2022
Winter semester: February 1, 2023 – June 29, 2023
Summer semester: July 10 – August 25, 2023
Payments are made by E-transfer, three times over the course of the respective semester. Fees vary depending on the teacher requested. E-transfers can be made to email@example.com
International students can also pay using PayPal and should inquire at the aforementioned email address as to payment procedure.
The deadlines for the three payments, fall semester are:
– September 1, 2022
– October 15, 2022
– December 10, 2022
Private lesson cancellation policy:
1. A minimum 24 hour cancellation notice in advance of
reserved lesson appointments are required in order to
receive a make up lesson.
2. Lessons cancelled by the teacher will be rescheduled
at a mutually agreed-upon time between the teacher and
the student. All such lessons must be rescheduled
through the Academy manager, Jessica Esch. You

3. Lesson times are reserved on a semester basis and as
such a semester commitment as expected. Students will
not receive reimbursement for any monies outstanding during the semester in
which he or she cancels.
4. All make up lessons must be completed within the same
semester. Lessons shall not be carried over to the next
